Young Money artist Tyga is facing legal action from three different women who played the role of video vixens in his music video for the track “Make It Nasty”.
The women claim that the upper parts of their bodies were exposed without their permission and they’re furious about it.
The three women: Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez, all claim that when they auditioned for a role in the video, they were under the impression that there was to be no nudity whatsoever.
The suit claims that the casting ad stated “There will be NO nudity involved in thevideo, and all the girls will be tastefully shot.”
During the filming of the video, which initially took place back on July 2nd, the women were asked to appear topless in some of the scenes but were assured that their chests would not be shown, according to the lawsuits.
The women also claim that they were told the explicit version of the video would not be released.
But the documents the women filed say the uncut version popped up on Tyga’s Twitter account on July 28th, and the upper portions of their bodies were exposed.
The three women filed suit over breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and fraud.
