#Roommates, you know how every time Apple comes out with the new iPhone the older version starts acting real funny and moving slow? Well, I knew I wasn’t trippin’ because yesterday Apple revealed it slows down older iPhones to improve performance and prevent unexpected shutdowns as the battery in the devices starts to degrade. Well, this news didn’t sit well with one California man and he’s ready to battle it out in court with Apple over this not-so-shocking revelation.
According to TMZ, L.A. resident Stefan Bogdanovich has filed a class action lawsuit against the company. He claims that Apple is out here slowing down older iPhone models to try to get to people to buy the new iPhones.
He also claims that the company’s decision was never requested from its consumers or even agreed upon! He says this change makes their current models less valuable.
Stefan wants Apple to cut the crap and stop slowing down their phones and to run him his money for these upgrades!
