Singer Toni Braxton foreclosed mansion is for sale. Braxton tried to save her Georgia mansion but ultimately lost the $1.5 million home. According to bank records Braxton missed 10 monthly mortgage payments between 2004 and 2010.
According to TMZ, Braxton’s mansion that was featured on her reality TV show “Braxton Family Values” is up for sale for $1.1 million.
Braxton opened up about her financial struggles on VHI’s “Behind the Music.” The singer recalled how she felt angry after having to file for bankruptcy when insurance wouldn’t cover her Las Vegas show.
“I had to file bankruptcy,” she explained. “I couldn’t pay all of those creditors for the show. I felt like everyone was saying, ‘I told you so. She spent the money the first time and she spent the money the second time.’ I was disappointed that I had to file again. Actually, I was angry at myself that I was back in this situation.”
Here’s what she’s losing … 11,400 square feet, 6-bedrooms, 6-baths, an acre of land, jacuzzi tub, gourmet kitchen and a library.
FYI — This is the second house Braxton lost to foreclosure. Her Nevada pad was sold off back in 2010.
