We’ve got a courtroom update on Suge Knight’s case and there’s both good news and bad news. Get the latest on the proceedings inside…
49-year-old Suge Knight received some good news today. The judge in his murder case dropped one of the hit-and-run counts in the fatal Tam’s parking lot collision that left one dead and left Suge facing murder and attempted murder charges.
According to TMZ, the judge also drastically reduced his bail from $25 million to $10 million. This “lower” figure is a bit more do-able for Suge (according to his lawyer, Matthew Fletcher) so there’s a good chance he’ll make bail. All good…right? Wrong.
Just as soon as something “good” happens, bad luck strikes Suge again. After his proceeding, Los Angeles sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Nishida says Suge was transported to a hospital after experiencing a medical emergency. She says no further details could be released.
You’ll recall that this isn’t Suge’s first time at the rodeo. In February he suffered a panic attack after a hearing and last month he fell out while in court. As far as we know, he’s still in the hospital. Maybe he’s “allergic” to the downtown courthouse?
