Rick Ross is looking like a bag of money. The rapper showed off his NEW found physique, his intriguing slim figure on social media. Thanks to a high-intensity CrossFit training program, which he dubbed “RossFit,” he’s lost more than 100 pounds.

Ricky Rozay said:

“I just wanted to get in some better shape, put myself in a better position,” Ross told Tim Westwood in May. “I still eat the way I want to eat…I just go to the gym. I do this shit called CrossFit. I call it ‘RossFit.’

Ross added:

“The most I used to do for exercise was stand up to count the money. But now they give me fruit to eat. I forgot what fruit tasted like. I eat pears now and shit like that.”

  1. I say to the people who is losing weight, know your body and ur limits , eat healthy work out atleast 3times a week and u can live to see 800 years old like Adam in the bible. but what did he eat to live that long?

  2. For over 300 years we’ve been trained to eat what we like here in the US without any proper knowledge of what this shameful eating can do to us in the long run.
