Newly engaged rapper Rick Ross hit up The Breakfast Club yesterday. And he brought his new fiancée Lira Galore along with him. Come inside to find out how he popped the big question and whether they’ve officially tied the knot…

The year(s) of rappers putting booty models, IG models and/or strippers on a pedestal continues.

Rick Ross may be on house arrest…but that hasn’t stopped him from getting to the money. The MMG honcho rolled up to Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” yesterday to pre-record an interview, which aired today, where he talked about his recent engagement to his girlfriend/model Lira Galore.

Rozay, who’s currently promoting his upcoming album Black Market, dished to the radio hosts about how he popped the question to his now fiancée. It wasn’t the fairy tale, bend down on one knee type of event. It was more like…we’re in the store…here’s the biggest ring…will you marry type deal. While his proposal was a bit unconventional, Lira didn’t seem to mind. She has been showing off her ring every chance she gets on SnapChat.

Speaking of which, we (along with everyone else) noticed she has been rocking the engagement ring AND the wedding band, which led some folks to believe the twosome may have already jumped the broom, but the Bawse says not so. They are NOT married yet, nor has a date been set.

Rick seems excited about his upcoming LP which is expected to drop this December. It will certainly be a memorable project as it is his last album on Def Jam. Rozay said he’s currently in negotiations on where he may end up next.

As far as being on house arrest, he couldn’t talk too much about his case. If you haven’t heard he’s being charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery and is currently out on bond. He said once this whole thing is behind him he plans on setting the record straight as to what exactly went down. He also touched on the gang rape case his name was dragged into even though he had NOTHING to do with the ordeal.

Also, he talks about being caught in the middle of the beef between his MMG artist Meek Mill and and his homie Drake, his beef with 50 Cent and his baby mama winning a case against him and more.

Below are the highlights:

On his engagement to Lira Galore: “Nah, we not married yet.”

On if they have a wedding date set yet: “Nah, we don’t.”

On how he proposed to Lira: “Here go the biggest ring in the store ya dig. Now lets go to Buddakan. Nah, I ain’t get down on one knee.”

Lira On being so open with this relationship: “When you vibe with somebody, you can’t fake it.”

On Lira’s mom poppin’ back at haters who said Rick Ross was cheating on her daughter: “My mom is OD trill. Very blunt.”

On a reality show:“Rozay don’t have no reality show.”

On his MMG artist Meek Mill beefing with his homie Drake: “I think this is what’s good for the culture. You will have scrimmages going for that No. 1 spot. I really feel like they were two little homies coming home from high school fighting over a pair of Jordans. I’m excited over the new music he’s making.

On the tweet he supposedly sent out supporting Drake during his beef with Meek: “That was a fake tweet”

On his beef with 50 Cent: “I just feel homie a shallow, weak dude. I would probably be in my emotions as well if my first album was titled Get Rich Or Die Trying and I filed bankruptcy. I guess his kidneys failed [laughs].”

On his baby mama Lastonia Leviston winning $5 million after suing 50: “Most definitely useful. It’s always about the team and whatever the team bring to the table it’s most definitely appreciated.”

Check the interview below:

Rozay and his lady grabbed lunch and stopped by the Roc Nation Office for a meeting. Wonder what they have cooking up.

Then they changed clothes and had a romantic dinner at Buddakan’s. How sweet. Who would have thought Rick Ross the Bawse would be all over social media with his love? Well, he did showcase his exes Ming Lee and Shateria, but we can’t remember them being in his interviews…

Black Market is expected to drop this December. Plus, Rozay’s new single “Sorry” featuring Chris Brown (where Breezy bares his heart about his failed relationship with Karrueche) dropped yesterday. Breezy hopped on IG and said this about the track:

One of the most honest records I’ve done in a while. I appreciate ROSS for allowing me to be me on a record and speak from the heart.
