Although Rich Homie Quan won’t be facing gun charges for his recent arrest, he still finds himself in hot water getting booked for felony weed possession today.
According to TMZ, the Atlanta rapper was booked for felony drug possession with intent to distribute. Though law enforcement officers have confirmed the drug in his possession was marijuana, it is unclear just how much he had in his possession. Unfortunately in the state of Georgia, the amount of weed doesn’t determine whether or not you get hit with a felony.
If convicted, he can face up to 30 years in prison. Rich Homie Quan will be held in jail until his bond hearing on Friday.
