Regina King and Tessa Thompson hit the promo trail for their respective projects. Zoe Kravitz was spotted strolling through NYC and EJ Johnson was getting in his life on the west coast party scene. Pics inside…
EMMY winner and all around fab chick Regina King isn’t showing any signs of slowing down after her big win at this year’s Primetime EMMY Awards. The 44-year-old actress is set to star in the second season of the hit HBO series “The Leftovers” and she’s super excited about it.
Hitting the promo trail, the YBF chick stopped by the Huff Post Live to chat it up about her exciting new gig. In the interview, she dishes on her role in the drama series, while revealing she enjoys acting in dark, provocative pieces. The series is a drama about a world where millions of people simply vanish all at once and follows those who were left behind. Sounds interesting.
During the chat, she also drops a few nuggets about season 2. She says fans will learn more about her character Erica Murphy and many questions about her will be answered. Regina then reflects on her extraordinary career and recent EMMY win for her role in “American Crime.” You can check out the full interview here.
You can catch new episodes of “The Leftovers” Sundays at 9pm ET on HBO.
Elsewhere in the Big Apple…

The LOLAWOLF singer looked totally over the photogs. No pictures please.
Down in Philly…
Well hello there!
Fab chick Tessa Thompson was busy on the promo trail for her upcoming flick Creed. The 32-year-old YBF chick was spotted rocking a sexy leather dress for the screening of Creed in Philadelphia.
We’re patiently waiting to check out the film (and the sexiness that is Michael B. Jordan) once it hits theaters November 25th.
On the west coast….
#RichKid EJ Johnson hit the party scene in an all black ensemble that still caught the eye.
EJ strutted through the streets in his black thigh-high boots, black leather-fishnet shorts and black leather jacket and made his way to The Nice Guy nightclub for a night out on the town. We see you EJ.
