Chanel Iman and Tracee Ellis Ross pulled out all the stops as they strutted their stuff in some gorgeous looks for separate red carpet events. Check out their looks and decide on your fave inside…
Supermodel and upcoming DOPE star Chanel Iman looked amazing at the YOUTH premiere during the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival last night.
The Victoria’s Secret model dazzled on the carpet in a red strapless Donna Karan Atelier gown, which she accessorized with de GRISOGONO jewellery to finish off her look. WHile posing it up alongside a guest, she wore her hair swept up into a bun and went for a barely there beat. She nailed it.
There are rumors swirling that Chanel has a new man in her life after breaking up with rapper A$AP Rocky last October. And it’s allegedly an NBA baller!
Word on the curb is that Chanel is getting cozy with L.A. Lakers player Jordan Clarkson. The twosome was supposedly spotted at the Powerhouse concert in L.A. together over the weekend. We need to see the pics to be convinced.
Neither of the two have confirmed or denied the rumors, but we’ll keep an eye out for them.
Supermodel Joan Smalls flexed her model skills on the Cannes carpet as well. She posed it up in a laser cut crop top and high slit skirt made by Azzedine Alaïa.
We hear model Kendall Jenner also hit the carpet at the event in the same ensemble except hers was black. We’re not sue if Joan was throwing shade, but she did post this to Instagram, “Anything you Can do I #Cannes do Better. Huge thanks to #Alaia for this wonderful dress #Cannes2015” We’ll let y’all decide on that one.
Back on this side of the pond….
“black•ish” beauty Tracee Ellis Ross is known to bring the fashion fabness on a red carpet. And she certainly kept it interesting and had a little fun with her look last night.
The TV mom slipped into an irridescent red crop top paired with a funky paneled skirt both created by AUDRA. She styled it with Georg Jensen jewelry on the carpet at 40th Anniversary Gracies Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Tracee changed it up into this sparkly frock to host the event as they honored and recognized exemplary programming created for women, by women and about women in all facets of media and entertainment, as well as individuals who have made contributions to the industry.
Iconic actress Cicely Tyson was amongst the winners.
And we spy “black•ish” cutie Yara Shahidi in the audience. Fab times.
