Singer and actress Naturi Naughton is having a moment….a Marilyn Monroe moment. The fab chick was spotted at the Empire State Building today where she thrilled fans during a photoshoot.
At one point, the wind blew up dress like Ms. Monroe in “Some Like It Hot.”
Naturi has been on the NY promo trail touting the new season of “POWER” which premieres June 6th at 9PM ET on STARZ. During a recent interview, Naturi hinted at some very big changes this season saying “All of these characters begin to fall apart – literally. The relationships you see in season one begin to become very much strained. The relationship between Natasha and Ghost becomes very tumultuous.”
We spied Naturi checking out one of the building’s famed telescopes. We don’t know what she saw…but we see a VERY bright future in Hollywood for her.
On daytime talk….
Actor and rapper Bryshere “Yazz” Gray stopped by “The Real” this week where he dished on the epic success of “Empire” and his rap career. During his sitdown, Yazz admitted that he does date older women and revealed that the last lie he ever told was telling a girl he loved her!
Adrienne Bailon: Well, it’s no secret that your character Hakeem has a thing for older women.
Bryshere Gray: Yes.
Loni Love: How you doing?
[The Real hosts and audience claps and cheers.]
Jeannie Mai: [Pointing at Loni] Don’t look at her in the eyes. Don’t look in the eyes.
Adrienne Bailon: Bryshere, in reality, are you all about that cougar life? You know, Loni really wants to know.
Bryshere Gray: I mean listen, I mean I prefer 18 and up, but you know it is what it is.
Tamar Braxton: Well, how old are you pumpkin?
Bryshere Gray: I’m 21.
Tamera Mowry-Housley: Aw, you are so young!
[The Real audience claps and cheers.]
Adrienne Bailon: How much older would you go?
Bryshere Gray: Uh at least 100. You know, it’s a joke. It’s a joke! I don’t think physically she could stick up to me.
Adrienne Bailon: At 100, yeah she might be having a struggle.
Bryshere Gray: But 50 years old.
Adrienne Bailon: 50? Okay that’s the oldest you’d go. There are some hot 50 year olds out there!
Bryshere Gray: You know what it is.
Loni Love: [Laughs.] I ain’t 50! I could give you a run for your money, okay? Be careful with the old ones!
