June Ambrose helped kick off NY’s Fashion Week, lending her style and grace to Zac Posen’s front row while Stephen Curry went to the Under Armour opening Shanghai, China. See the pics inside….

NBA champion Stephen Curry was in Shanghai, China today where he attending the opening ceremony for the flagship store of sportswear brand Under Armour.

AFter cutting the ceremonial ribbon, he showed the Shanghai fans a few of the b-ball skills that helped the Golden State Warriors reach NBA victory earlier this year.

Following the opening, we’re sure Steph is prepping to return home his adorable family. Earlier, he attending a store opening in the Philippines. You’ll recall that his wife Ayesha gave birth to their son Ryan a few weeks ago. And Ryan has a famous big sister….Riley!

Opening in NYC….

It’s that time of the year when fashionistas from around the globe flock to New York City to watch an endless stream of chicks (mostly sans melanin) modeling next season’s fashion. And yes that was shade…..because fashion designers are still ignoring the pleas of Beth Ann Hardison and Naomi Campbell who’ve called for more brown girls on the runway for years.

But we digress…..

Famed stylist June Ambrose made the trip to Industrial Studios in a pair of super cute pumps to check out the ZAC by Zac Posen SS16 NYFW Show in Partnership with Google Made With Code

She sat front row, right next to Rumer Willis. Rumer, the daughter of Bruce and Demi, has stepped into her own spotlight as the winner of last season’s “DWTS.”

Actress Dascha Polanco, who stars on “Orange Is The New Black”, also grabbed an up close view of the fashions.

And in case you’re wondering, June’s wearing a Zac Posen frock and Brian Atwood pumps. Always perfectly polished.

After the show, June gave a few on-camera interviews about the collection and this season’s trends.

Designer Zac Posen (shown above with June, model Coco Rocha, Dascha and NY’s First Lady Chirlane McCray) celebrated with the designer after a successful show. The runway presentation was sponsored by Made With Code, a new initiative from Google to encourage young girls to learn about coding. Love that.

The partnership was supported by Chirlane McCray, the wife of New York City’s Mayor Bill de Blasio.

For Zac’s presentation, girls from Black Girls Code, the Flatiron School, Girls Who Code and Lower East Side Girls Club coded designs for an LED dress (worn by Coco Rocha) that Zac used during the show. Afterwards, they posed for pics.

Fashion with a purpose. Sweet!
