O.J. Simpson is over Fred Goldman dragging him to court every time it looks like he is starting to make a little money.
According to The Blast, Simpson says Fred Goldman –the father of Ron Goldman who was murdered in 1994– is trying to take him to court over rumored deals he has made, opposed to actual ones.
Simpson’s attorney says he “wishes to readjust to civilian life and family life.” However, Fred Goldman and his attorney “intent on shattering that.”
Simpson still owes the Goldman family millions of dollars after he was found civilly liable for the 1994 deaths of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
Simpson says Fred Goldman is using unconfirmed stories from the media to drag him into court. Therefore, if he is “consistently forced to respond to discovery every two weeks, he will be left with no time to earn a living.”
According to the court documents, Simpson says he has had discussions about the potential of a future deal, but nothing has been finalized.
