Facebook is making it easier for developers of applications (zynga, farmville and more) to gain access to your address & cellphone numbers.  Users who accept the terms and conditions attached to a Facebook app (zynga, farmville and more) while downloading it will be letting that app’s makers see their contact information (your address & phone number) if they’ve posted it to their profiles.

You have the ability to not share your number and address with an app, just as long as you choose ‘don’t allow’ when an app box pops up. But usually, if a user doesn’t allow an app access to his or her information, he or she won’t be able to use the app plus most don’t pay attention to the small print.
