Mischa Barton has made a mini comeback of sorts.
After a series of disasters earlier this year that included screaming on her balcony and damaging her apartment building with a U-Haul moving truck, the 31-year-old actress appears to have sprung back to life in a stunning photo shoot.
On Wednesday The OC vet wore a skimpy string bikini as she was posing for a bottled water company on the pristine shores of Huntington Beach, California.
Beach beauty: Mischa Barton looked like a golden girl as she modeled on the shores of Huntington Beach, California on Wednesday afternoon… but did she have a little help from the airbrush?
A tall drink of water she is: The OC vet looked sensational in a bikini as she was posing for a bottled water ad
The New York native appeared radiant and glowing as she modelled 138 Water with fashion photographer Malachi Banales.
But her incredibly flawless has sparked speculation she may have had a little help from the airbrush for this campaign.
There was not a single imperfection on her body as she paraded around in a red, white and black with a Tiki pattern. The bottoms tied on the sides and the top had thin spaghetti straps.

She clearly has been hitting the gym: The blonde beauty looked toned and tanned as she walked on the beach in her little two piece that did little to cover her up
The Beautiful Life: TBL star, who came to fame with 1999’s The Sixth Sense, also wore long gold earrings with a matching cuff bracelet.
The Once And Again vet posed like a Victoria’s Secret Angel as she put a hand on her head, pushed out a hip, touched her neck and sat with one knee up.
Despite all the hoopla over her private life, Barton has been very busy with her career.

She has four films in post production, including The Malevolent (a horror film with Carolina Bratanova), Father (a drama with Paul Sorvino and Daryl Hannah), The Basement (another horror film, this one with Tracie Thoms) and Executor (an action film with Markiss McFadden).
The London-born beauty also is in pre production on The Toybox, a road trip movie with Jeff Denton.
And she has complete the film Monsters At Large, a family film with Stephen Tobolowsky.
This 138 Water photo shoot comes after she crashed a rented U-Hail truck into an apartment building in mid February.
The Notting Hill actress was moving out of a building where she had been living in the same neighborhood.
Barton moved all of her belongings into the U-Haul truck and drove to another building located right below the Sunset Strip. It appears as though she miscalculated the height of the carport at the building, as the top of the moving truck slammed into the overhead support beam and became stuck.
A video taken moments after the crash shows Barton shaken and saying that everything she owns is inside the U-Haul. The clip also shows Barton speaking with authorities in front of the moving truck and damaged building.
It’s unclear why the actress moved out of her old building, but photographs show the same U-Haul truck parked outside of her building as her belongings were being moved inside.

She still works a ton: Despite all the hoopla over her private life, Barton has been very busy with her career

According to TMZ her old neighbors complained that Barton was disruptive ‘to the point cops were called every few months.’ It’s also unclear where Barton parked the truck with her belongings inside since moving out on Wednesday.
Days earlier she was seen heading to a bar in West Hollywood where she was ‘drinking and smoking until 3am’, according to Yahoo. The actress was at Barney’s Beanery, where she enjoyed ‘drinks and cigarettes’ in between a game of pool, Yahoo reported.
The former OC star’s outing came just weeks after she had a ‘meltdown’ where two of her neighbors called 911 saying that Barton had threatened to kill herself.
‘My downstairs neighbor is hysterically crying in the backyard and says she’s going to kill herself,’ said a female neighbor in a 911 tape obtained by TMZ.

The past is in the past: This 138 Water photo shoot comes after she crashed a rented U-Hail truck into an apartment building in mid February after she had a meltdown from what she said stemmed from being given GHB
‘She’s screaming and she just keeps on saying ‘I want to die’ and then she’s like ‘I’m going to kill myself’ and then she just keeps on, yeah, it’s all nonsensical. But I’m very concerned.’
That woman then added: ‘They’ve been called there a bunch. They go see her at least every couple of months because she loses it.’
Another individual who called, this one a man, said: ‘I have a neighbor who’s on her back patio just screaming.’ He later said: ‘She’s saying that it’s all over, that everything is done and then just wailing. I mean, she’s hanging half over her back fence right now.’

Barton claimed that she had been given the date rape drug GHB following the incident, which led to her being hospitalized after paramedics arrived on the scene.
In previously released footage of the meltdown, which appeared to be filmed by a neighbor, Barton could be seen ranting and raving while she hang over a fence in her backyard.
The actress, wearing a loose white t-shirt, could be heard wailing as she rocked back and forth. ‘Ah, planet Earth. Um, bye,’ says Barton at the top of the video. ‘Like, like anybody. Oh my God, it’s over. I feel it. And it’s angry.’
She later says: ‘Oh my god, and my mother. I always knew it. Oh you f***** witch. I knew it. What a witch. I was right, I was right.’ She then breaks down in tears and begins to wail again.
It is then that she starts to say: ‘We’re dying, we’re dying. I knew it, I knew it. I don’t want anybody to know. Oh my god, it’s terrifying. Whoaaaaaaa, you’re angry. Oh, I feel you. Oh, I’ll be your conduit. Yeah. Yeah. F*** yeah. F*** yeah. F*** yeah you Ziggy Stardust, I always knew it. I always f***ing knew it.’

A headline-making love life: She used to date Brandon Davis in 2004, left, and in 2006, right, with Cisco Adler
Barton then falls off the balcony and back onto her patio, but quickly gets back up.
She later said in an interview with People that she went out with a group of friends on the evening before the incident, and it was then that she was drugged. ‘While having drinks, I realized that something was not right as my behavior was becoming erratic and continued to intensify over the next several hours,’ said the actress.
‘I voluntarily went to get professional help, and I was informed by their staff that I had been given GHB. After an overnight stay, I am home and doing well.’ Barton thanked the staff at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for their care at the time while also asking that the media respect her privacy.
