I guess the finesse star power of Michael Jordan didn’t sway the judge in the paternity case against Pamela Smith this time. Jordan requested that the suit be dismissed for once and for all. Well, Jordan’s legal team headed to court and wasn’t the outcome Team Jordan wanted.

The request for dismissal that Michael and his lawyer, John Mayoue, filed a few weeks ago was dismissed!!!

Now that the request to dismiss Pamela Smith’s claim has been rejected in Fulton County Court, another court date will happen soon to determine if or when the basketball icon will need to take a paternity test.

I’m thinking maybe Jordan is the boy’s daddy! He just feels like too much time has passed and he doesn’t want to bare the responsibility and attention that it’s gonna garner. But, that’s just #My2Cents
