Local Businesses Are Trying to Get Atlanta’s New “Trap House” Landmark Shut Down
Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, but business owners in the city of Atlanta don’t! If you’re an ATLien, then you’re well aware of the pink Trap House that rapper #2Chainz purchased and painted pink during the promotion of his new album. It’s become an attraction for fans as they turn out just to snap a pic of themselves standing on top of the pink Chevy Caprice in the front yard.
Thanks to the Trap House’s popularity, traffic has swelled in the already super congested area and local business owners aren’t here for it at all. They are complaining about spectators using up their parking spaces as well as chasing customers away.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much that they can do, but the Atlanta Police Department released a statement saying that they will “continue to monitor traffic in that area in an effort to mitigate any problems.” Until then, happy trapping, Roommates!
