Lindsay Lohanadmitted to violating her probation in DUI cases and was ordered Wednesday to serve a month in jail. So she must report to the county jail by November 9th to serve 30-days behind bars. After her release, she also must continue to do community service at the Los Angeles morgue and attend psychotherapy sessions, a judge announced at the hearing. If Lohan completes all the terms, she will not have to serve an additional 270 outstanding days of jail time she had faced in cases in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles.
