The service for Lee Thompson Young, who committed suicide in his North Hollywood home earlier this week, will take place Friday afternoon on Paramount’s lot, which is where his show, “Rizzoli & Isles” films. According to reports, hundred’s of people are expected to attend.
TMZ was the first to report news of the service, saying that hundreds of people are expected to attend. The service will be private.
Meanwhile, the family is asking that donations be made to Young Storytellers Foundation, which helps expose underprivileged kids to the arts.
It’s unclear why Young, who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, committed suicide.
