In California, we spotted “Saved By The Bell” fav Lark Voorhies leaving “Jimmy Kimmel Live” while Nia Long took her oldest son shopping. Then Mariah Carey sang her biggest hits during a “Late Late Show” carpool segment. More inside…
Yesterday, Lark Voorhies was seen leaving “Jimmy Kimmel Live’ on her 41st Birthday in Hollywood. And she’s rocking a new super short ‘do.
Lark was there to promote her upcoming series “The Comeback Kids.” From what we gather, the show does not have a network (yet), but it’s about a group of former child stars including Scott Baio (Charles In Charge), Eve Plumb (The Brady Bunch) and Aileen Quinn (Annie).
A little while ago, her former “Saved By The Bell” cast members reunited on “Jimmy Fallon”….but she said she had “scheduling conflicts”.
There’s no need to “read” Lark about her makeup (we’ve been down this road several times). We’re happy to see her out (looking healthy) and we wish her a happy birthday.
On why she wasn’t on the Jimmy Fallon “Saved By The Bell” reunion skit:

Also in the LA area….
Nia Long and her oldest son Massai Zhivago Dorsey II were seen shopping at Ron Robinson at Fred Segal in Melrose. We love that fact that Nia is a hip mom who keeps her son looking fly.
If you’re wondering where Nia’s been…don’t. She’s busy. As we told you earlier, she’s joined the long list of Black actresses making the leap from motion pictures to scripted series. She landed a role on the ABC pilot “Uncle Buck” starring Mike Epps. They’re already in pre-production.
During late night…
Mariah Carey and “The Late Late Show” host James Corden sang some of her biggest hits (“Always Be My Baby,” “Fantasy,” “Vision of Love”) karaoke style during a funny “carpool” segment. They even practiced their foreign accents! Enjoy it above….
