Janet Jackson is set to close out this year’s Dubai World Cup, almost five years after she first performed there.
The Dubai World Cup which will take place at the United Arab Emirates on March 26th, serves as a horse race that just so happens to be the richest in the world according to the event’s official website.
Janet released a statement via her Facebook page, calling it an “honor to be asked to perform at such a prestigious event.” Access to the show is exclusive to Dubai World Cup day ticket holders. The European leg of her ‘Unbreakable’ tour kicks off four days later on March 30th. Janet has lived in Dubai with her husband Wissam al Mana since 2010, so she will definetely feel at home performing there.
