Rap fans in Atlanta were treated to a concert full of rap stars, including Kanye West, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, Ludacris, Future and more at Birthday Bash 20. Peep the concert pics inside…
Atlanta was oozing with YBF celebs this weekend to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Birthday Bash held at Philips Arena last night. This year’s line-up was sure to bring an epic show with a performance by ATL native Future, who highlighted the night with multiple surprise guests.
Ciara’s ex-fiance had the crowd on their feet once he brought out Young Money rapper Drake as a surprise guest. Before Drizzy hit the stage, Future said to the audience, “I wanna take Birthday Bash to the next level. That’s what we came here to do.” And that’s exactly what he did.
The Canadian rapper stormed the stage dropping his bars on Fetty Wap’s “My Way.” Drizzy then rocked the stage with a performance of his hits “Know Yourself” and “Energy,” cuts from his mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. Future returned to the stage to perform a few tracks from his mixtapes, then ended his set with his radio hit “Commas.”
Before Drizzy hit the stage, the ATL native also brought out Hip Hop couple Nicki Minaj (who recently wrapped up filming for Barbershop 3 in Atlanta) and her boo Meek Mill.
The “Anaconda” raptress didn’t perform, but Meek had the crowd reciting every lyric to his track “Dreams & Nightmares,” bringing out his MMG homie Wale.

D.C. native Wale and his spiked loafers hit the stage to perform his track “The Body,” featuring R&B singer Jeremih. Check it:
ATL native Ludacris returned to his hometown to rock the stage with a few of his throwback hits, including “What’s Your Fantasy” and “Southern Hospitality.”
Luda then surprised concertgoers with a performance from Mystikal on their joint track “Move.” And every went nuts. Peep a clip from their performance below:
While his girlfriend Seveyn Streeter hit the stage in Chicago, ATL rapper B.o.B. hit the stage to perform “Still In This B*tch.”
As for the headlining act….
Kanye West headlined last night’s epic concert, closing the show with a medley of hits.
The Chi-town native, rocking his new low-cut YEEZYs, had a ceiling of lights descend over the stage, had the smoke machines ready and went to work. Yeezy kicked off his performance with “Power,” followed up with performances of “Black Skinhead,” Mercy” (where he brought out ATL rapper 2 Chainz), “All Day,” and an a cappella rendition of “Touch The Sky,” to name a few.
Ye also dropped a freestyle where he addresses racism and being dubbed “crazy.” Check it:
You can’t come to ATL without making a stop at the Waffle House…and that’s exactly what Kanye West did. He linked up with Outkast members Andre 3000 and Big Boi after the show to kick it. Ha!
