It’s finally here. Today is the day Tesla Motors will make automotive history, delivering about 30 brand new Model 3 electric vehicles to the first batch of customers.
Mashable will be on the ground at the Model 3 event in Fremont, California, at Tesla’s factory, but if you’re itching to watch the news as it unfolds live at the event, you’re in luck. Tesla is making the event available for viewing live online.
You can watch the entire event over at Tesla.com straight from the main page, or on the events section of the investor relations page. The stream officially starts on Friday, July 28, at 11:45 p.m. ET, but we should warn that the company’s founder and CEO Elon Musk has a habit of running late.
We’re expecting Musk to make this thing a bit of a spectacle, given his history of holding over-the-top events to announce new products. As always, we’ll be covering every detail of the event as it happens so check back to see all the latest.
