Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane, who was arrested for violation of his probation, will reportedly release from jail fifteen months earlier than expected. Previously, it was decided that the rap star should be sentenced to 17 months in prison for the violation, however, his attorneys were able to convince the judge to set him free after a mere 45 days in the dog house.

As relayed to RumorFix by attorney Mark Issa, following an appearance that endured less than an hour within a Fulton County jail Monday afternoon, it is concluded that Gucci Mane, who’s real name is Radric Davis, will avoid a 17-month stay in an Atlanta jail. Gucci, who has been on probation since October of 2005, will be relieved of his sentence by the end of June 2011.
