‘Doggo went under for surgery and now he is DRUGGO,’ Sarah tweeted as she revealed Oscar had up to seven tumours removed because he’s ‘getting old’.

Speaking the BuzzFeed, Sarah said Oscar ‘always had a tendency to smile, so that plus the sedatives ends up with this photo.

‘He’s fine now, just a little dopey.’

The post has since attracted more than 374,000 likes and over 100,000 retweets.

‘I just love the face it’s priceless,’ Zoe Mattacks said.
