Tameka Raymond’s son Kile Glover will be laid to rest during a funeral service scheduled to take place in Atlanta on Friday. He died from a heart failure last week after being taken off life support following a tragic jet-ski accident
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the funeral will be held at the Wieuca Road Baptist Church on Peachtree Road in Atlanta at 11 a.m. on Friday.
“We know God’s in control, and are leaning on our faith in Him and His word at this most difficult time,” the family said in a statement following the accident. “We firmly believe in the power of prayer and ask that you all continue to pray and lift Kile up, as it’s the best way we can all support him now.”
The family friend, identified as 38-year-old Jeffrey Hubbard, could face criminal charges, although the Georgia Department of Natural Resources said it was still investigating the case and a recommendation could be made to the district attorney.
