The FBI is reportedly investigating an overseas cyber attack against the Trump Organization.
Law enforcement officials told ABC News the FBI called for an emergency meeting with President Trump’s sons, Donald Jr, and Eric, at its New York headquarters to discuss the attack.
The meeting took place on May 8 – the day before Trump fired FBI director James Comey.
Donald Jr, and Eric took charge of their father’s organization when Trump took office.

Eric Trump, who is executive vice president of the company, refused to confirm reports they had met with the FBI.
He did, however, say the Trump Organization had not been compromised.
‘We absolutely weren’t hacked,’ Eric Trump said in a phone interview with ABC. ‘That’s crazy. We weren’t hacked, I can tell you that.’
Officials said the meeting was based on a suspected hack of computer systems used by the family company.
They would not reveal who was suspected of the attempted hack.

The potential attack comes as the FBI continues to investigate whether any members of Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia to meddle in the 2016 presidential election.
On Thursday, reports emerged the FBI had named Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner as a person-of-interest in the investigation.
Authorities are probing meetings Kushner had with top Russian officials during the presidential transition, when Kushner became known as a top facilitator for foreign governments looking to make contacts to the new administration, the Washington Post reports.
