In recent twitter news…. Ex-love birds Chris Brown and Rihanna took to the ‘public’ site to address the fallouts of their past relationship. Apparently, Breezy has had enough of the beef that has escalated amongst his fans and those of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. And Rihanna finds it “f*ckin’ annoying” that interviewers keep asking her about the ‘Forever’ star whom she once dated.

The 21-year-old addressed the issue on Twitter today and made the declaration that the feuding against both fans should cease right now: “Y’all starting to sound extremely childish!” he says with much frustration “Team Breezy and Rihanna Navy. It’s pointless. Love team breezy & thank you Rihanna Navy for supporting ya girl”.

On the Rihanna front, a fan had urged Rihanna today that it’s about time she stopped talking about Chris in interviews and she agreed: “People won’t stop asking about it! It’s f*ckin’ annoying! Nobody wants to relive that, but some people can’t respect that!” she wrote “I get it, they wanna raise awareness to young girls! But it ends up just making me look bitter, pitiful, spiteful and angry!” Source.

It is believed the fan was addressing her latest remarks in GQ magazine: “Sometimes when you’re on the inside of a relationship like that, you can’t see it clearly for what it is. I left – it was the best feeling. It was so freeing…I witnessed it happening to my mum and I said I would never let that happen to me – and then it was happening. Now, when I look back, it bugs me out that I couldn’t see it for what it was”.

Rihanna opened herself up to promoting the awareness of domestic abuse last year, and it tied in perfectly with the promotion of her album ‘Rated R’. Some had even accused the singer of using the incident to gain sympathy sales especially since she decided to not say anything until her promo campaign kicked off. It DOES make her look bad that she is speaking about the issue in ALL of her latest print interviews because people are thinking she’s trying to milk the sitution to promote her ‘Loud’ album.

At the same time, she is also infuriating Breezy fans in the process because they feel she is holding him back from making a successful comeback everytime she opens old wounds to address the incident. This is why Breezy made a stand on twitter today because everytime she talks about the incident, his fans and her fans start to argue.

In the future, if she truly wants to close that chapter in her life, she needs to stand firm with interviewers and say: “Look, I’m choosing not to talk about this any more because I’m over it and I want to move on with my life”. Or better yet, she should ensure a publicist is there to warn off interviewers about mentioning Chris in interviews.

Last, but certainly not least, Rihanna is projected to push another 140-160K in her second week with new album ‘Loud’. Can we say INCREDIBLE? In Rihanna’s own words: “Cheers to the freakin weekend, I’ll pour out a little liquor 2 DAT!”
