Latina songstress Jennifer Lopez played a mini gig over in Italy at the 60th Sanremo Song Festival. The singer performed for the first time, ‘What Is Love’, the lead single lifted from the soundtrack to her new movie ‘The Back-up Plan’. The catchy pop number (penned by Wynter Gordon) leaked almost a year ago, and I quite like that it samples Nelly Furtado’s ‘All Good Things’.
J.Lo also spread out a heavily cheorography-laced medley, and performed tracks from her colourful back catalogue such as ‘Get Right’, ‘Jenny from the Block’, ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing’, ‘Waiting for Tonight’ and ‘Let’s Get Loud’. I absoluted loved the medley because it reminded me of the type of J.Lo that I admired and enjoyed. She had some hot songs back in the day.
