Royal Caribbean is helping out victims of Hurricane Irma in a big way. According to reports, the cruise line is sending two cruise ships on humanitarian stops to St. Maarten and St. Thomas.

Hurricane Irma ripped through both islands, leaving survivors with limited food, water, electricity and phone service. In response, the ships will assist in transporting evacuees to safety. Together, they can hold up to 6,600 passengers.

Norwegian Cruise Line has also sent help to Hurricane Irma survivors by sending a 2,000-passenger ship, according to a press release.

Looks like those canceled trips have freed up some time! #Roomies, let’s continue to lend a helping hand during this time!
