Chicago police issued a community alert for the Albany Park area  warning about a man who touched a woman through her clothes  Friday morning.

About 9:20 a.m., a woman was walking west in the 3200 block of West Foster Avenue when a man approached her from behind and touched her through her clothing, police said.

He then fled north on Sawyer Avenue on a black bicycle, police said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man with a dark brown complexion, in his early to mid-20s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds.

He was wearing a black and red jacket with “CHICAGO” written on the back and tan pants, police said.
