Converse is most known for their classic Chuck Taylor sneakers, and while they have been popular for many years. Some people may agree that they are not the most comfortable sneaker to walk around in.
It seems like one man learned the hard way, but now he is looking for Converse to pay up.
According to TMZ, a California man is suing Converse after he said he brought a pair of Chuck Taylor’s as work shoes. His job requires him to walk around, but to his surprise, the shoes didn’t protect his feet.
In the lawsuit documents, the man reportedly claims he was left with a nasty corn on his left foot, which was so deep he said it “interferes with the nervous system of my toes.”
Now the man reportedly wants $10,000 to cover his foot care, and for a footwear upgrade.
Roommates, what are your thoughts?
