Major congrats are in order! Panthers QB Cam Newton was named the NFL’s MVP Saturday night at the NFL Honors ceremony.

And let’s be honest, had he not won, there would have been a revolt led by his fans.

While bringing his team to an epic 14-1 regular season record, Cam also boasts 50 season TDs under his belt.

From the tradition of giving TD balls to kids to his unapologetic blackness on and off the field, it makes this MVP status even sweeter.

He wasn’t able to accept the award himself due to being busy with pre-Superbowl activities, but sent in a video acceptance. Check it HERE.
