Rihanna was spooted in NY, as the papz take pictures of her new tattoo Rebelle Fleur. Her tattoo was “reportedly” suppose to mean “rebellious flower” but the correct translation was actually “flower rebellious” which doesn’t mean much of anything, Rihanna quickly ended the situation by sending over a text to her tat artist to let it be known that her tattoo means Rebel Flower and not rebellious flower.
